We have hit road block that is hopefully minor, but could put our adoption plans on hold. We are waiting on one person or entity to agree that we are residents of the U.S. and do not need to go through Germany's system to adopt. This one person can either say we are okay, and we can proceed. Or this one person could say no, we need to go through Germany -- and our plans are completely on hold again.
The issue is a little deeper then this, but please, please, please pray! We are hoping to hear something within the next 24 hours....
My Papa is still here visiting, so I am going to go play some Hearts with him -- in great hopes that is distracts me some!
